Moments when...

Finish the phrase with something that makes you feel grounded, joyful, alive, new, etc. 


...you're anxious, but somehow you manage to breathe. Feel your nostrils flare, air enter your nasal cavity, past your throat. The lungs and belly inflate slowly. Chest aches a little at first, you're so tense. And then, somehow all you are is a breath. Longer than the one before.
